Job DescriptionDue to our continued growth and high demand for our services, the Apex Group has an immediate need for an aggressive, knowledgeable and driven Sales Manager of our Website Acceleration, Security, and Hosting services for the Enterprise & Web Segments in the Middle East.

The Apex Group has a wide array of solutions to grow online commerce sales, improve e-commerce conversion percentages, prevent DDOS attacks, and provide scalable solutions for growing a company's online presence. The Sales Manager's role will be to prospect and develop sales in these new segments by offering them solutions used by some of the world's largest companies including Microsoft, BBC, Bayt.com, Amazon, Bank of America, Toyota, and Disney.

We are seeking a motivated candidate that has a strong track record in selling IT solutions to the largest online web companies in the Middle East such as Yahoo Maktoob and Qatar Airways and/or the ability to sell IT security solutions to large financial enterprises such as Emirates NBD, Audi Bank, etc.

The candidate's main responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing a regional pipeline of enterprise and web portal companies by identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and customer appointments.
  2. Demonstrating growth quarter over quarter in sales
  3. Meeting and exceeding quotas
  4. Serving as the key knowledge source for Website Acceleration, Security and Hosting.
  5. Providing accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.

Based on performance, the Sales Manager's role may evolve to into a Regional Sales Manager or Director of Segment Sales. Requirements
  • Strong command of English and Arabic written and spoken languages
  • 3-5 years of sales background
  • Experience in selling IT solutions to large web portals or gaming companies in the Middle East
  • Experience in selling security solutions to financial companies in the Middle East
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex sales and negotiations and develop integrated solutions to customer requirements
  • Strong knowledge in these technologies caching, hosting, Cloud Computing, DDOS revention solutions
  • Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications application sales
  • Experience working for multi-national or US/UK technology company
  • Proficiency in MS office and internet applications
  • Strong command of English written and spoken languages. Arabic speaking skills very much preferred
  • Proficiency in managing the sales lifecycle, prospecting, cold calling, and selling to close
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction and ability to provide assistance to sales force

Compensation Attractive compensation package includes base salary, sales commission, health care, travel expense reimbursement, profit-sharing program. Commensurate upon experience.
